Proper Hair Hair should ALWAYS be pulled back and out of the face and
eyes. Ponytails, buns should be worn. Shoulder length should be
clipped back

Skating Dress Skating dresses/skirts give the best competition
experience Please no fashion

Jewelry Jewels are fun and
prettv Please no bulky, dangly, necklaces, earrings, headbands or claw clip
for safetv reasons
Gloves Please wear gloves as mittens are difficult to hold skaters’ hands
securely
Avoid Hats Please no hats, caps,
or large headwear These items restrict range of motion and
vision
